Miami Grand Prix: Max Verstappen Reveals New Helmet
Max Verstappen, the two-time F1 champion, is set to wear a new helmet design for the upcoming Miami Grand Prix. This will be the second time that F1 has visited Miami, and Verstappen is celebrating the occasion with a new design.
The Dutch driver posted a picture of his new helmet on social media, revealing that it features a navy and pale blue design with purple and white accenting. The pale blue matches the Miami Grand Prix branding, as well as the Miami Dolphins, where the GP takes place.
While the actual design of the helmet is similar to his previous one, Verstappen is excited to race with it in Miami. He wrote on social media, “Similar clean design, new colours, new details. Really like how the helmet turned out, can’t wait to race with this one at the Miami GP For the mini helmets.”
Fans of Verstappen were quick to deliver their verdict on the new design. One fan praised the Dutch driver, saying, “Very good design Max!!! You are the best driver and go for that championship that you so deserve! M.V. 1.” Another fan who is rooting for Verstappen to take the win at the Miami Grand Prix commented, “Looks great…the colours are amazing. A great helmet for first place.”
Verstappen is currently leading the drivers’ championship, with his Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez six points behind him and eager to close the gap. The Miami Grand Prix is the first of three American races before the F1 goes back to Europe for the next few races.
